The presence of a product online does not guarantee its availability at any time.

If a justified dispute arises regarding an order, iSkinPure reserves the right to issue a refund within 48 business hours.

These terms define the rights and obligations of both parties for purchases made through the iSkinPure online shop.
 All orders made on this site are subject to the policies described here.

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter accurate information, including email, billing address, shipping address, apartment number, and phone number.

iSkinPure is not responsible for failed deliveries or delays resulting from inaccuracies in the information provided.

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may be adjusted in the event of tax changes or obvious system errors.

RESPONSIBILITY

iSkinPure retains ownership of the products until full payment is received.
 Once shipped, the customer assumes responsibility for the products.

iSkinPure is not liable for any damage of any kind — material, immaterial, or bodily — resulting from misuse of our products.

PRICES & AVAILABILITY

Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice.

Discounts apply while supplies last.
 Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are added at checkout.

PAYMENT METHODS

Taxes are calculated based on the shipping destination.

Payments are accepted by major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through a secure processing platform.

iSkinPure reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment refusal or suspected fraud. Fraudulent transactions will be reported to authorities.

A confirmation email will be sent containing the summary of the order and billing/shipping information.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed individually and as quickly as possible.
 The online shop operates from Monday to Friday, excluding these holidays:

  • January 1 & 2

  • Easter Sunday

  • June 24

  • July 1

  • Labour Day

  • December 25

Shipments occur only on business days (Monday to Friday).

Customers are responsible for reviewing emails sent by iSkinPure, as they may contain important information about the order.

A team member may call the customer if additional verification is required.
