Requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that due to hygiene and safety regulations, most skincare and medical-grade products cannot be returned or refunded if they have been opened or used.

Opened or used products may, in rare cases and under specific conditions, be eligible for an exchange.

Gift cards, whether purchased online or in clinic, are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and can only be redeemed in clinic.

For treatments, services, prepaid packages, and promotional offers purchased online, these items are non-refundable but may be redeemed in clinic according to the conditions outlined at the time of purchase.
