iSkinPure – Shipping Policy

SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY

Shipping is available within Canada only.

  • Flat shipping rate: $10 CAD for orders under $200

  • Free shipping: Orders $200+ qualify for free standard shipping

  • Local pickup: Free in-clinic pickup is available at:
    301–1200 Lonsdale Ave, North Vancouver, BC V7M 3H6

iSkinPure may apply a surcharge for remote destinations where carriers charge higher fees. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before shipping.

Most orders are shipped through Canada Post.
Delivery generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.


ORDER CONFIRMATION

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirming your order.
Please keep your confirmation for reference.


PROOF OF IDENTITY & SIGNATURE

The delivery provider may request:

  • A valid photo ID

  • A signature from the person who placed the order

This helps ensure safe delivery.


DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your parcel appears damaged upon arrival:

  1. Inform the delivery person before signing for the package.

  2. Request that the visible damage be noted on the delivery slip (e.g., “Damaged Box,” “Opened Package”).

  3. Ask the delivery person to open the parcel to check the condition of the products inside.

If you discover damage after accepting delivery:

Please email us within 5 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging and product(s)

  • A brief description of the issue

IF YOU ARE NOT HOME

If you are not available during delivery:

  • Canada Post will leave a notice card indicating where you can pick up your package

  • Packages are usually held for 15 days

  • Other carriers may have hold times of 5 days

Please pick up your parcel promptly to avoid returns or delays.


MISSING ITEMS

If any item is missing from your order, notify us within 5 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • The name or description of the missing item(s)

We will review and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.


SHIPPING POLICY TERMS

Orders ship to the shipping address provided at checkout.
If the billing and shipping addresses do not match, we may contact you for confirmation.

Delivery times for in-stock items range from 2 to 10 business days after the order is confirmed.
If part of your order is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to:

  • Offer a full refund, or

  • Hold and ship once all items are available

iSkinPure aims for complete customer satisfaction and will do its best to meet your needs.


CANCELLATIONS & LIMITATIONS

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and medical-grade products:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned

Each refund or replacement request is evaluated by our team on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping delays caused by the courier do not qualify for compensation.

Events such as strikes, severe weather, accidents, theft, or inventory shortages may impact shipping and are considered force majeure, releasing iSkinPure from delivery obligations.
